Ocean Fabrication is able to provide a wide variety of services, and has the following capabilities.

Expertise

All aspects of offshore activities including engineering, manufacture, design, testing and development including links with PRIMARE, Wave Hub and Exeter University.

Engineering Services

Steel fabrications of all types to 500 tonnes;
Full hydraulics services including power packs;
All electrical and controls services, including 3 phase 150 amp power supply;
Manufacture of offshore equipment.

Buildings

7,000 sq ft heavy lift shed;
20 tonne beam crane;
Office & welfare facilities;
Nearby offsite accommodation can be provided;
38,000 sq ft of additional buildings available.

Planned Test Facilities

50' x 12' deep tank for wave simulation;
20' x 60' deep tank for device pressure testing.

Site Storage

2 acres of level secure storage for equipment, vehicles, shipping containers etc;
On site mobile 18 tonne crane for loading/offloading etc.

Site Access

Parking for over 200 cars;
Located just 3 miles from Cornwall's main spine road, the A30;
Located in the centre of Cornwall;
No bridges between site and A30;
Site access for any size and type of lorry;
Secure, gated, closed, private industrial site with private security;
Nearby port access at Falmouth, Hayle, Penzance, Par, Fowey, Padstow, Devonport etc.
