Complex assembly and testing for your peace of mind.

We can offer trial assembly and test builds of complex sub structures in our 8000 sq ft workshop or large yard so you can be assured of a smooth and predictable final assembly at it's destination, avoiding any costly delays e.g. large diameter piles, pile top drilling platforms and drill derricks.

In-House Equipment

• 8000 square foot workshop;
• 20m eaves height;
• 16 Tonne over head, single lift, gantry crane, 18 metre lift;
• 2 Water Tanks allowing sea trials of equipment;
• 3 Tonne 4WD telescopic loader with a 12m reach;
• 18T Yard Crane;
• Full range of welding and fabrication equipment for both steel and non-ferrous materials including:-
  • ~ Guillotines 10mm x 3000mm capacity;
  • ~ 200 Tonne C+C break press;
  • ~ Rollers 6mm x 2400 mm capacity;
  • ~ Large radial drill;
  • ~ Sand blasting and painting.

On Site Sub Contracting - Mobile Equipment

• Lorry with 5 Tonne atlas Hiab;
• Large 3 phase welder/generator;
• Oxyacetylene cutting facilities;
• Our teams can work independently on site project managing the task and supply all the equipment required or as part of your team.

16 Tonne Overhead Crane

• The 16 Tonne single lift overhead crane is situated in our workshop which has a 20m eaves height.
